At Roots Plants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery. If your plant arrives damaged or isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the plant or product in its original shipping container with all protective inserts to ensure it remains healthy and secure during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
